Responsibilities: Determine customer needs and preparing proposal. Process customer orders, invoices and return authorizations. Notify customers of shipping schedules, means of transportation, and estimated arrival dates. 4 years minimum Customer Service experience. Ability to handle high paced environment with average of 40 phone calls per day. Must possess above averages communication skills.
